Find Hidden Mold
We test for mold that’s both seen and unseen. Over 90% of homes we’ve tested average 2-3 hidden reservoirs of allergenic & potentially toxic mold growth- so even if you can see visible mold, it doesn’t mean that’s all there is. No staining doesn’t always mean no mold. Construction flaws can cause microclimates of high humidity inside cavities, and that’s all some types of mold need to get started. High pockets of mold can be found even in some newer homes.
Test Chemicals & Air Quality
We test for indoor air quality and chemicals- only 1% of the more than 84,000 chemicals on the market today have been safety tested. Most homes using ‘green’ products still harbor hundreds of toxic chemical gasses when tested. Greenwashing is a common practice where companies claim their product is safe, but fail to disclose all the potentially harmful chemical compounds… and unfortunately this practice is perfectly legal.
Know Your EMF Exposure
We test for electromagnetic frequencies- from magnetic fields and radio frequencies to dirty electricity. Many are concerned about EMFs outside of their house while exposure levels from unsuspected sources inside our homes can be hundreds of times higher. Electrosmog is emitted by everything from plastic coated house wiring to newer appliances that are constantly sending messages to the web, even when your home’s internet connection is turned off.
